Requesting a session is the first step in getting professional photographs by West Vita.  Once the form below is submitted, the process will go as follows:

  1. West will contact you to schedule a preliminary meeting to discuss your photography goals.
  2. At the meeting, you will book your session date and pay your sitting fee or deposit.
  3. Unless there is extreme weather, your photo session will occur on the scheduled date.  (of course, with a wedding, the show will go on!)
  4. Within three weeks of your session, West will post your proof images to an online, password protected gallery.
  5. West will contact you to schedule an ordering meeting.  Or, for wedding clients, West will ask you to submit your album photo choices.
  6. West will guide you through making the best selections of images and products for your home.
  7. Within three weeks of placing your order, West will call you to come by and pick up your new photos.
